I’ve been working from home in this industry FULL TIME since August, 2009. I’ve worked the various business models, gotten my income to 6 figures and have also observed others who are successful. Now, I want to share with you 3 KEYS TO MASSIVE SUCCESS with your home based business that you may not even be aware of!

I’ll be honest, home business success may require you to step outside of your comfort zone. This is where most drop the ball. Many would be entrepreneurs have never owned a business before or even been in sales so there can be a learning curve that you have to be willing to put the effort into. You have to be willing to DO what most others will not. The 3% rule applies to the home business industry and you want to be part of the 3%. If you are, the sky is literally the limit for you!

How Do You Succeed With a Home Based Business?

You got involved or are looking at getting started with a home based business but how does someone succeed in this industry? I’m going to highlight 3 KEY POINTS that most people do not do that are essential in order to achieve the success that most people want. These apply to both Top Tier and network marketing.

1. Have a FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION mindset. You must believe in your heart AND your mind that you will succeed and you must keep going even if things don’t always go according to plan. I credit much of my success simply to not giving up. I’ve seen people get started and they’re “hoping” that it will work for them OR they’ll “give it a try”. This mindset does not work. Would you invest $1,000,000 to start a McDonald’s franchise to give it a try? Of course not! Home businesses don’t cost nearly as much but you need the same success mindset.

2. Learn your story and become a leader. People in the home business industry are going to join people who they can relate to and who they feel can help them. It’s imperative that you become one of those people. I’ve seen people who have been on my team for years and they still act and sound like a newbie. They’ve never grown. You need to know your story (why you got started, what appealed to you, etc) and convey to the prospect how the business can help their situation and more importantly how you can help them.

3. You must prospect consistently. This is pretty obvious yet the vast majority of people who get involved in a home business fail miserably in this area. I learned early on that lead generation is essential to building a business. Sales is a numbers game and you need to consistently expose your business to new people in order to fill your funnel with viable prospects. Some will sign up with you immediately while others will take weeks, months or even years. By always putting new prospects into your funnel, you can have income consistency and growth.
