I was a hold-out of this new “hyped-up” money making machine for a while but finally gave in today so I thought I’d write a fresh Empower Network Review from the inside and from someone who joined just hours ago so i can provide you with all the details so you can make your own educated decision if you want to get involved.

Empower Network Review – What Is It?

The Empower Network can be described as a COMMUNITY of marketers, both newbies and experienced, who are all looking to make money from home. With the economy in the crapper, another MLM has popped up looking to capitalize on “Gold Fever” called American Gold Reserve. You may not have heard about this company yet so I thought I’d do some digging so I could provide you with an honest (I’m not involved!) American Gold Reserve Review so you’ll have all the facts and can make an educated decision whether or not you want to get involved.

American Gold Reserve, at first glance, appears to be competing with some of the more popular MLM’s like Numis Network, KB Gold, and Preservation of Wealth. But not exactly…

American Gold Reserve is owned by the Old Glory Mint out of Utah which has been around since 2009. Their mission is to “to put as much gold and silver as possible into the hands of as many people as possible, as easily as we can, and at the lowest possible price.”

American Gold Reserve Review – What’s The Cost?

You don’t have to make a purchase to become an affiliate but it’s probably a good idea. If you don’t personally make a purchase, then you need to refer 2 people into the program to get your affiliate id. But, honestly, the only reason you would join would be because you are looking to purchase gold and silver yourself as well as marketing the business opportunity. It’s really tough to sell something you don’t personally own yourself

The compensation plan is a 3×9 matrix. Pretty simple with commissions on retail sales, matrix overrides, matching bonuses and bonus pools. A pretty good compensation plan in my opinion and pretty easy to understand. The real key with matrix programs though is to recruit people into the business yourself who will also recruit people. No different from any MLM really, but I’ve found that matrices can grow stagnant if you don’t have enough people in your downline who are growing the business.

A positive, if you decide to start your own American Gold Reserve business, is that in our current economic climate everyone’s interested in Gold. Honestly, until this year I never kept track of the value of gold. Collectibles and precious metals are on the forefront of people’s minds so you have a good story to tell (stories sell btw!).

American Gold Reserve Review Summary

I need to say that nothing indicates that American Gold Reserve is a scam. From the look of the website and the company’s message, I think it has some promise. The landscape for this niche is starting to get cluttered and not all of these companies will survive. I know that Numis has really ridden the wave of momentum over the past year so I’m pretty confident of their long-term success but the others I’m not so sure. Particularly the ones that do not “require” you to make purchases.

If you decide to join American Gold Reserve, you will need to have a marketing plan because if you don’t expose enough prospects to your website on a consistent daily basis you will not make money (this goes for any MLM).

There’s a new network marketing company on the block called My Lead Company, created and owned by home business entrepreneur JR Jackson, that caught my eye. It’s getting a lot of “hype”, particularly among newbie marketers but not exclusively. I did not join and for that reason I can provide you with a truly unbiased 3rd party My Lead Company Review.

The company literally just just went into soft-launch this week where members can access their back office and start earning commissions so this review is definitely timely! You’re obviously reading this because you’re either considering joining and are doing your due diligence or you are already a member and researching to see if you made a good decision. In either case, I’ll try to help you out!

JR Jackson is a proven success in the MLM arena, having earned millions in his 18 years in the industry. He’s been the #1 recruiter in 5 different MLM’s. I’m honestly not sure of his experience owning a network marketing company himself. This doesn’t concern me tremendously at this early stage. If the company continues to grow after launch – and most companies do not grow after launch – then JR can address the management team.

What Is My Lead Company?

My Lead Company is really 2 things. A company that provides business opportunity leads to network marketers to help them build their primary MLM opportunity AND they are also a business opportunity themselves.

The Leads: The fact that leads are the product for this company is pretty unique. One of the primary reasons for failure in network marketing is that people do not generate enough leads to build their business. My Lead Company is attempting to help by providing leads that they generate themselves and then “sell” to the members who are on a monthly auto-ship to purchase a lead package every month.

The packages are very reasonably priced and range from $24.95 for 200 leads per week to $199.95 for 5,000 leads per week. Most people will most likely purchase the least expensive package while they should be purchasing the top package if they plan to work the business opportunity BUT that’s a story for another day!

While I’ve never been someone to purchase leads myself, I do think it’s a great way to get people generating marketing activity. And with enough positive activity will come sign-ups! The quality of the leads will go a long way in determining the ultimate long-term fate of My Lead Company.

The Business Opportunity: Like I mentioned, My Lead Company is also set up as a business opportunity. Probably not one to work as your primary but one that can create an additional income stream for you.

The compensation plan is a “Straight-Line”, meaning that it’s a single leg and everyone who joins the company is placed next in line. There are 4 ways to get paid: 50% Fast Start bonus (on the 1st order placed by your direct recruit), Commissions on Group Volume, Bonus Pools and a 1% Founders Pool. You will need to personally sponsor to earn any decent income, as with an legitimate MLM (I don’t think My Lead Company is a scam by the way).

My Lead Company Review Summary

I think it’s a pretty cool idea to offer leads as a product to network marketers who can never have too many leads. As I mentioned earlier, the quality of the leads will ultimately determine the long-term fate of the company. The lead industry is cluttered with garbage and if the leads (and training provided as to how to work the leads) prove to be solid, then it will be a positive for everyone in network marketing and My Lead Company will become an enormous success. Time will tell.

As I mentioned early, I do not purchase leads personally. I have in the past with little success. Learning how to generate your own leads and build relationships with them is a much better business model for overall success in my opinion.

Many start a home based business with one goal in mind…to make a LOT of money! The MLM websites make it seem easy, like it won’t take any work. You know what I mean – just get 2 who get 2 who get 2 etc. They make it seem like it’ll be as easy as taking candy from a baby (which I would never do btw ). Let’s be honest, nobody would ever open up a franchise or start a “normal” business without a business plan but it happens constantly with home businesses.

In network marketing, it’s very easy to start a home based business. People pay their start-up cost and now they are “in business”. That’s it! You don’t need to incorporate. You don’t need to find office space or build. There’s little to no overhead and the cost for admission is affordable for the masses. But what now?

Generally, it ends there. Some will talk to some of their friends and family and get shot down but most will do nothing because they have no idea what they should do. They don’t have a plan, they start to think that they got in over their heads, and they quit after a few months. That’s the vicious cycle of MLM.

I wanted to talk to you today about keeping your eye on the target or end-goal. It’s cool to have a goal of “making a lot of money” (although I’d recommend being more specific!) but you need to break your target-goal down into smaller, quickly achievable goals in order to experience success and stay motivated. This is extremely important to do when you start a home based business. While it may be simple to start a home based business, to run a successful one requires the same skills that running any successful business requires.

I learned long ago to set little goals, achieve them, and keep progressing to my end goal. It’s also important to be realistic when setting your goals. If you are brand new to network marketing, saying you’re going to recruit 1 person per day into your business is not realistic. BUT, 1 per week is a good aggressive goal to have. It’s like if you were just starting college today and you were one of those new deer-in-the-headlights freshman! You’re not going to wake up tomorrow and graduate, right! It’s going to take 4 years and you are going to have to complete certain assigned tasks (ie. goals) in order to do so.

When I first got started, and decided that I would market my business online, I knew that the money was in the list. Building a list was not my end goal but rather an on-going operation that is still part of my overall business plan. My goal was to make sure I generated AT LEAST 1 lead every single day. It’s easy for me now but in the beginning it was not. And, it was a real feeling of satisfaction when I did it!

Simple goals – how many leads do you need to generate to get a sign-up into your business? If the number is 35, and you want to sign up 1 person per week, then you need to generate 5 leads per day. Then you can focus on what you need to do to generate 5 leads per day. Once that becomes easy for you, you can crank it up and re-adjust your goal.

The V3 products fall into the very crowded health & nutrition MLM niche. Honestly, I’m sure the products are very good, as most MLM products are in my opinion. It’s just really difficult to take at face value that the products actually perform as good as advertised. Alot of the benefit will come from believing in the products and being diligent about taking them and following the weightloss management plan (easier said than done…I know from experience!).

The business, headquartered in Las Vegas, has been around for over a year, which is almost an eternity in the MLM world. That is a good sign if you’re considering either starting the V3 weightloss program or looking to start your own home based business.

Can You Make Money With Voyager Health?

Isn’t this what we’re all interested in? This is always the fun part of my reviews!

In reviewing the compensation plan, it looks to be one that can create wealth if you get to work. It appears that to get the max commissions you want to start with a $225 monthly auto-ship and recruit others who will do the same. You can be on a lower autoship of $44.95 if you want but they only pay out a Fast-Start bonus on the $225 initial order. This is not unusual. You’re income, rank promotions, and coded bonuses will be based on your overall team monthly volume as well as the duplication of others on your team. The more producers you bring in, the more money you’ll ultimately make.

The real key to building your Voyager Health Business, or any MLM business for that matter, will be your ability to recruit like-minded individuals into your business. To target other network marketers and then provide them with a powerful marketing system so they can duplicate. There are various ways to market a network marketing opportunity but I’ve learned that most people don’t want to spend a ton of time on their business.

To counter this issue, I found an extremely powerful “Push Button” marketing system (I know, I didn’t think one existed either!) that can be done effectively in about 5-10 minutes a day. If you use this system, and get your team members to do the same, there’s a very good chance of getting rich with your Voyager Health business!

I do pay for traffic and leads as well but 80-90% of my leads are generated ABSOLUTELY for FREE (it’s the best kind!). PLUS, it never shuts off meaning I am generating leads for my business every day whether I work that day or not. What would that mean for your business if you could generate 20+ leads every single day for free? It’s called “FREEDOM”!

How did a guy who knew nothing about network marketing or internet marketing until 2 years ago figure out how to drive traffic, generate leads, and build a business? My Lead System Pro. Sure, I’ve learned things outside of MLSP as well BUT my strong marketing foundation is due to my membership in MLSP (a community of top network marketers).

I want to add that it’s great to drive traffic but if you don’t have a compelling offer to give to your traffic, they’ll leave and you’ll never know they were there.
