Hi Steve, I enjoyed your video. It’s good to show others the back office. So many do not even take the time to look in their back office to see what MLSP has to offer.
One thing did catch my ear. You mentioned that you help others to get their system setup. I did that too, for quite a few people who came through and what I found was that most of them never did much beyond getting me to setup their system. Once that was done, they were pretty much stuck at every point in MLSP and they depended way too much on me to fix their problems.
Because my time is valuable and time is money, I started charging people. Some were willing to pay, but most were not. Thus, because helping to setup someone’s system took so much time out of my day, I decided to put an end to setting up systems for people. No one really benefited from this.
Also, what I discovered is that if I let someone struggle a bit, and let them learn to find solutions to their own problems, I can then distinguish the hard workers and future team builders in my group, which is what I am looking for in a business as I am sure you are too.
I am all for helping others. But there are those who will take advantage of the help you give them and show little to no appreciation of you or your time.
Just be wary. You too need time to grow and anyone who joins you should appreciate what you are offering them and be willing to do the work necessary. You should not have to carry them.

Thanks for stopping by! You make some very good points. Offering to help the people who upgrade under me is something I have recently started to do but very few even take me up on it. I have also found that most who upgrade never do anything, which is really too bad. They never generate 1 lead. These are the same people who will complain that network marketing or internet marketing just doesn’t work! I think we know that it works if you work.
