Get Confident In Your Network Marketing Business!
You may have heard the term “posturing”. Basically what this means is taking control of a conversation/transaction and being confident in yourself and your business – or at least appearing to be confident! In network marketing, it’s how to speak to a “prospect” to get them to join your business.
This can be a difficult quality to have when your brand new and have never made a dollar with the business you’re promoting BUT is the key to being able to build that business! A conundrum or “Catch-22″ as they say. That is exactly why “mindset” plays such an important roll for any new entrepreneur, including network marketers.
The difference is most people won’t shell out $100k or more to start a brick and mortar business if they expect to fail. BUT, in network marketing there are plenty who will shell out $500 with absolutely no plans to even try to succeed. That’s interesting to me because the low cost of entry and leveraged income is what makes MLM appealing and lucrative.
Unfortunately, my experience tells me that most people do not ever gain the required confidence that they can build their business. Most join a business with a negative mindset about the supposedly high network marketing failure rate. Well, I’m hear to tell you that NOBODY FAILS in network marketing….they QUIT! That is the truth.
Think about this – if you are in a race where all you have to do is finish because 97% of your competition is going to quit, wouldn’t you enter? Of course you would because your odds of winning are GREAT! That’s how I look at it now and that’s exactly how I looked at when I first got involved in network marketing. If you don’t have this mindset, you need to get it…FAST!
Believe that you CAN and you WILL…Believe that you CAN’T and you WILL.
