XOCAI Review – Can Selling Chocolate Make You Rich?

What a great idea! Xocai markets something EVERYBODY (or at least 1 Billion people worldwide) likes…Chocolate! Healthy chocolate too? Not sure about that so I decided to do some digging to find out more about the Xocai product as well as the business opportunity so that I could provide you with THE FACTS so you’ll be fully equipped to decide if  you want to join or not. I am not a distributor of Xocai so this is not some hypey sales pitch disguised as a Xocai Review.

The Xocai Company

Xocai is more formally known as MXI Corp, which is an MLM business that has been around since 2005 founded by Jeanette and Andrew Brooks. The main product line of Xocai revolves around of unprocessed, dark cocoa powder with added anti-oxidants. The products include cookies, brownies, and a beverage they call “Activ”.

The business strategy employed by Xocai is sound. America’s immense consumption of chocolate speaks for itself, and when you can prove that it is a healthy “vice”, it makes for a very marketable product. In MLM, healthy and good tasting are a powerful combination!

I did  not find anything in doing my research that would indicate that Xocai is a scam.

The Xocai Chocolate Product

According to the company website, Xocai products contain all natural, unprocessed cold pressed chocolate. Being unprocessed, it holds 100% of its antioxidant and nutritional value. With Xocai Healthy Chocolate products, you get ALL the antioxidant power of dark chocolate without the fat, preservatives, fillers and high sugar like you do in other chocolate.

Anti-oxidents are good! They are free radical “scavengers”, and an abundance of them will dramatically bolster a human being’s immune system. A strong immune system makes us less prone to a variety of diseases. The health benefits of Xocai appear to be legitimate.

The Xocai Business Opportunity

Xocai’s compensation plan is a fairly typical (ie. Confusing ) double binary. MXI corp. claims that the compensation plan pays out up to 50% on a distibutor’s total volume. In addition, if you hit certain levels as a distributor you can win trips and a monthly car allowance. To learn more specifics about the comp plan and trips, CLICK HERE.

The company suggests that the products be distributed as free samples. This allows chocolate lovers to “jump on board”, and become enthusiastic about Xocai’s tasty product line. This is how they suggest you recruit new “home business entrepreneurs”. In my opinion, this will help you recruit “chocolate lovers” but not serious entrepreneurs looking to build a business.

Conclusion

In my opinion, Xocai offers the home business professional a legitimate home based business with a unique product that has mass appeal. My only concerns about Xocai revolve around the company’s suggestions about marketing the products and the MLM business opportunity. The lack of marketing training and the suggestion to hand out samples and approach your “friends and family” to grow your business are “old-school” and will not produce dramatic results for most people. Unless your Aunt Shirley is a monster recruiter, your “warm market” most likely will not produce the riches you are hoping for.
