I wanted to talk to you today about a really simple way increase your MLM Lead Generation from your website traffic AND I’ll also share with you a revelation that I just discovered yesterday!
A Really Simple Way To Generate MLM Leads
Let’s face it, MLM’ers are a curious lot. We’re always looking for new ways to generate leads and make money. I want to share today how you can really SKYROCKET the leads you generate from your blog or website, as you can tell by the title of this article post, by using a simple Pop-Up on your website. I had stayed away from using a pop-up on my blog until about a year ago because I was afraid of annoying my visitors. As soon as I installed the plug-in (I personally use PopUp Domination, you can read my review HERE), I immediately saw an increase in my daily MLM Lead Generation or opt-ins. A pretty substantial jump in fact. This plug-in alone has been averaging me about 8 leads a day. Not bad, right?
I agree and I was psyched! The plug-in allows you to set the delay to whatever you want. What this means is you can set the time delay from when a visitor first lands on your website to when the pop-up “pops up”. I had this set to 10 seconds based on research I had done. Some people have their pop-up appear immediately but I find this to be obnoxious so I haven’t tested that nor do I plan to. BUT…
Here’s My Revelation…
Yesterday, for some reason, I decided to lower my delay from 10 seconds to 5 seconds and saw my optins jump by 75%! I went from 8 leads to 14 from my pop-up! I guess you should always test and tweak 
I’ll continue to monitor this to make sure that it’s not an anomaly but I have a strong feeling it’s not. I’m on pace for the same results already today.
If you market with a blog and spend the time to drive traffic, make sure you’re capturing your share of leads. Ultimately, the reason we do this is to make money and leads are the first step in that process! If you don’t use a pop-up, get one AND set the delay to 5 seconds. You’ll see an amazing JUMP in your daily MLM leadflow I guarantee it!

A Must Have WP Plugin To Generate MLM Leads
As network marketers, the first step to building a business is learning how to generate MLM leads. Sure, the end result we’re all looking for are sales and sign-ups into our business but without leads that end result will never happen!
As a blogger or article marketer, we seek to drive TARGETED traffic to our blog but then what? You MUST set up your blog to capture some of that traffic as leads into your auto-responder by using capture pages. If you don’t have an autoresponder you ABSOLUTELY need one…you can get the best on the market HERE. If you don’t capture leads, then your article marketing efforts are basically wasted. Sure, part of driving traffic to your personal blog is BRANDING but we need more than that.
I’m not going to talk about traffic driving strategies in this post. What I do want to tell you about is 1 FREE WordPress Plug-in that generates me a bunch of leads every single day called “What Would Seth Godin Do”. I recommend having this plug-in appear above each of your pages and posts. TIP: Anything that appears “above the fold” on a website – where people do not need to scroll down to see it – will convert better than banners or anything else that may appear “below the fold”. Why? Because you don’t have a long time to capture your visitors attention.
So, you’ll want to install this plug-in immediately (you can get it by searching the wordpress plug-ins from your blog dashboard), edit it to point people to a high converting lead capture page, and watch your list start to grow!

3 Ways To Generate More MLM Leads For Free
I want to give you a few tips on how you can Generate MLM Leads for YOUR business for FREE. The fact is, and I’ve talked about this before, most people in the network marketing industry just do not generate a consistent and high enough volume of leads on a daily basis to make any decent money. It really doesn’t have to be this way and I’m going to share with you a few simple strategies that you can start to implement today that will help you.
Ideas For Generating More MLM Leads For Your Network Marketing Business
1. Post to your blog frequently. If you don’t have a blog and you market online and want to get free traffic, get one! It’s the best thing thing I ever did for my business and I wish I knew about blogs and SEO when I was in the mortgage business. This really does not have to be very “techie”. I was very diligent when I was building up my traffic, got a little complacent, and have seen my traffic drop off. I’m back to trying to post daily, both for SEO targeting and to provide value for my visitors. Then you want to share that content on social media sites and article directories.
2. Make sure you can capture that traffic and convert it to MLM LEADS. You need to be able to capture a percentage of that traffic and convert it into leads. I just recorded a video that you can watch on MLM TRAFFIC CONVERSION STRATEGIES.
Now, when I’m talking about “MLM Leads” I’m talking about capturing names and email addresses into an auto-responder. If you’re marketing online and do not have an auto-responder account GET ONE! It’s an essential tool for your business.
3. Make Videos. Those of you who know me know that video marketing is definitely an area of opportunity for me but I’m working on it! Youtube is the 3rd most traffic’d site in the entire world, after Google and Facebook. It’s free to have an account, you can record 5 minute videos for free with Jing, and direct your viewers either back to your blog, a specific blog post, or a capture page.

If you’re reading this, you are most likely involved in network marketing. Because of that, I know that you’ve most likely seen more lead capture pages than you can count and probably opted-in (gave your name and email) to some in order to get more information. You also realize that, in order to be building your own list you should be marketing your own lead capture pages. That being said, I know that there remains some disconnect because I often hear: “I KNOW WHAT A LEAD CAPTURE PAGE IS BUT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET PEOPLE TO SEE MY LEAD CAPTURE PAGE”. This is what holds many would-be marketers back from ever signing people up into their business and ever making any money.

MLM Lead Generation Tips: Where To Market Your Lead Capture Page
But for purposes of this article, I wanted to share some really simple MLM Lead Generation Tips that I used when I got started and provide you with some places to effectively market your lead capture page to generate MLM, especially if you’re new and just looking to generate some network marketing leads. It’s important to remember that you’ll get better results by using a variety of marketing strategies. It’s also important to remember that, when advertising, you’re going to need to spend something…you’ll either have to spend money or spend your time.
1. Traffic Exchanges: These sites are specific to network marketers and but do require you to click on other people’s ads in order to get your capture page to show. You can purchase credits so that you won’t have to continuously click. Traffic exchanges will only work well for either FREE or under $50 biz opp’s, since it’s a beginner’s haven for the most part.
2. Safelists: These sites allow you to email your ad (along with your capture page link) to other network marketers who are doing the exact same thing. You need to be a member. If you choose to stay a free member, you’ll need to click a lot of emails to earn credits to be able to send your ad.
3. Social Media: The primary social media sites are Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I’ve heard people tell me that they keep posting their link on FB but haven’t gotten any response. I then notice that they only have 24 friends. The only people that see your postings on any of these sites are your “friends”. It’s important to build your “friends” or “followers” to a large enough number that it makes sense to market. In addition, you need to be very consistent with this strategy if you expect to be successful. Multiple posts, comments, and possibly videos on a daily basis.
4. Pay Per Click: The search engines, 2nd tier sites, and Facebook all offer advertising on a “pay per click” basis. You pay every time someone clicks on your ad. You can control your costs and shouldn’t be afraid of trying a pay per click strategy. Done right, you’ll get a consistent flow of targeted yet inexpensive MLM leads.
I hope these MLM Lead Generation Tips will help to get you started if you’re one of those people who understand what the end goal is (building a profitable business) but aren’t exactly sure how to actually start generating leads.
