Who is Lloyd Wilson? The most likely reason that you want to know is that you are investigating the Pyxism home-based business opportunity and want to know who the man behind the business is. It is extremely important to get to know the ownership of any online business opportunity prior to joining. Ownership can make or break any business, no matter how great the products and compensation plan.

Any owner should have experience, preferably in network marketing both as a distributor and as a program owner. They should have a vision for the company that goes beyond trying to make a quick buck. And, they should show the associates of the company complete transparency without hype. Lloyd Wilson has all of these qualities.

Lloyd Wilson grew up as an outstanding athlete in Southern California. As a record breaking, star left-handed pitcher, he had an opportunity to begin a professional career in baseball with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations right out of high school. Instead, Lloyd accepted a full athletic scholarship to pitch for Oregon University where he majored in business.  In his sophomore year, he experienced a career-ending arm injury and after surgery, Lloyd went on to complete his four years of business studies.

Lloyd’s 35-year business achievements started with four years as the youngest branch manager of the third-largest branch of a major California bank.  Lloyd then went on to enjoy 18 years of sales and sales management success in the deregulated telecommunications industry. Ready to be his own boss, Lloyd founded a company that was one of the first specialized Value Added Resellers for the latest generation technology manufacturer in the emerging voicemail industry.  Major southern California clients included the Irvine Company and Southern California Edison along with a selection of national Fortune 500 companies such as 3M. But with new opportunities calling, Lloyd sold his company to the manufacturer and later entered network marketing in 1997.

With his success track record, it wasn’t long before Lloyd also rose to the top in his new industry. Lloyd and a business partner became the # 4 recruiting distributors in a network marketing health sciences company in a short 18 months. Lloyd was then recruited away by an Orange County e-Commerce network marketing company, where he received stock and stock options and became a successful distributor for them. All totaled he served nearly 8 years with various network marketing ventures before he co-founded his own.

In the fall of 2005, Lloyd through a mutual networking friend was introduced to fellow entrepreneurial minded individual who was interested in starting an internet-based venture.  After a few months of consultation, Lloyd proposed the idea of starting a travel company, and in November 2005, they launched a Travel based Network Marketing company. After fours years as co-founder and minority owner, Lloyd resigned in August 2009 to form a company that would fully realize his vision of a members-focused network marketing organization: PYXISM, Inc.

Lloyd’s formal education, along with his experience in finance and banking, sales, sales management, business ownership and network marketing have served their company and its distributors well.  Lloyd has a keen understanding of building sales organizations and compensation plans with an emphasis on rewarding the team-building behavior that creates the foundation for long-term stability for distributors and thus for the company.
